Look at Mom webdesign

Norwegian design clothes for the fashion concious pregnant woman.

Look at Mom was founded by designer Britt Karin Skotnes when she got her first child in 2003. As she missed clothes that were both good looking and trendy and functional while being pregnant or nursing, she decided to design them herself.

About the project

My former professor at KHiO, Reidar Holtskog, contacted me in august 2006 and asked if I could design a simple website for Look at Mom. He had designed the visual identity himself, but didn’t have any experience in webdesign. I saw it as a great opportunity to get started on learning Flash, since Britt Karin Skotnes wanted a website that felt as trendy and stylish as her products.

Note: In January 2009 Look at Mom asked me to remove the pictures from this site, since they no longer find the photos used on the website I designed appropriate for their image. To see the webdesign, please download the images instead.

I have had nothing to do with Look at Mom’s current website.
